Praebeo Resources and ProFora Media Management Offers Online Call Center Training

Praebeo Resources, an HR company focused on providing candidates to the BPO industry has partnered with ProFora Media to offer the first online call center training within a virtual classroom environment.
ProFora acts as its training arm, utilizing a more targeted approach to training call center agent candidates. Because of the platform, trainees can now learn more about the industry without having to worry about spending for transportation, as they attend the sessions at their homes or the nearest internet cafe.
